How It Works

From Photo to Portrait

Place Your Order

Choose your size and place your order on Etsy. Add a personal message if you'd like, then send your photo(s). Multiple photos can be merged into one composition.

Approve Your Sketch

Within 1–2 days you'll receive a detailed pencil sketch to review. Minor revisions are always included — ink and colour only begin once you're completely happy.

Receive Your Portrait

Your finished watercolour ships within 3–5 days of your approval. Delivery within Canada takes 3–7 business days. High-resolution digital scans available for international clients.

Common Questions

Yes! You'll receive a detailed pencil sketch to review before any ink or watercolour is applied. Minor revisions are included — the final artwork won't begin until you're happy with the sketch.
Absolutely. Portraits can be created in any size up to 16 × 20". Please send a message before placing your order so the correct price can be arranged.
Yes! Multiple people or pets from separate photos can be composed into a single portrait. Send a message with your photos and I'll let you know if the composition will work well together.
Orders are placed through Etsy, which accepts credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout.
Pencil sketch preview: within 1–2 business days. Final artwork ships within 3–5 days of your approval. Delivery within Canada typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
Please contact me right away with a photo of the damage. I'll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
Because this is hand-drawn, significant changes after ink and colour are applied are limited. That's why the sketch approval step exists. If you're not fully satisfied, I'm committed to making it right — including redoing the piece if necessary. Your happiness matters most.
Physical artwork currently ships within Canada only. For international clients, a high-resolution digital scan of the finished portrait is available — perfect for printing locally.
